working principle

The complete system of this purification device is designed based on two basic principles: adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving), namely adsorption concentration catalytic combustion method.

The processing flow of this purification device includes three parts: dry dust removal, adsorption gas process, and desorption gas process;

1. Dry filter: The organic waste gas to be treated is led out through the air duct and enters the dry filter, which can filter out particulate matter and viscous components in the waste gas, improve the adsorption effect of activated carbon, and extend the adsorption cycle and service life of activated carbon;

2. Gas adsorption process: Utilizing the physical properties of activated carbon to adsorb VOC organic waste gas, and the honeycomb shaped activated carbon has a large specific surface area and strong adsorption capacity. The organic waste gas is adsorbed into the micropores of the activated carbon, thereby purifying the gas. The purified gas is then discharged through a fan to achieve the effect of organic waste gas treatment;

3. Desorption gas process: When the adsorption of activated carbon micropores reaches saturation for a certain period of time, adsorption can no longer be carried out. At this time, the main fan needs to be stopped, and then the high-temperature hot air generated by the catalytic bed is used to desorb the activated carbon. The organic matter in the activated carbon micropores will automatically detach from the activated carbon when exposed to high temperature, regenerating the activated carbon. The detached organic matter has been concentrated (with a concentration several tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion. It is catalytically oxidized on the catalyst at 250-300 ℃ to convert it into harmless CO2 and H2O, which are discharged. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches 2000ppm or more, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without further heating and combustion

Part of the exhaust gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere, which not only meets the heat energy required for combustion and desorption, but also achieves the goal of energy conservation. The regenerated activated carbon can be used for the next adsorption.

This device can operate continuously with dual gas paths. When the workload is small, only one adsorption bed and one catalytic combustion chamber are designed for use. The organic waste gas is first adsorbed by the activated carbon adsorption bed on the waste gas in the airflow. When the activated carbon is almost saturated, the closed valves at both ends of the adsorption bed are closed at the same time, that is, the adsorption work is stopped and the desorption process is carried out. This processing equipment is suitable for enterprises with intermittent production, such as automobile 4S stores or enterprises that work during the day and rest at night. Remove activated carbon when not in production.
