working principle
This complete purification system is a device that uses hot air to desorb and regenerate saturated activated carbon. The desorbed exhaust gas is concentrated into a catalytic combustion furnace and undergoes high-temperature oxidation at 300-400 degrees Celsius. After oxidation, the exhaust gas becomes carbon dioxide and water. The desorption device mainly consists of three parts: desorption bed, catalytic combustion furnace, and control cabinet.
1. The desorption bed can be designed according to the original activated carbon drawer; When the activated carbon in the adsorption box is saturated, the entire drawer can be pulled out and sent to the desorption bed, or manually loaded and unloaded to fill the activated carbon into the desorption bed. The detachment bed body and door panels are insulated to prevent heat loss and increase power consumption.
2. Catalytic combustion furnace is mainly a purification device that uses catalysts to change reaction conditions to remove organic matter under lower conditions. The essence of the gas-solid phase catalytic reaction occurring in the catalytic combustion furnace is the deep oxidation of active oxygen. In the catalytic purification process, the catalyst is used to reduce the activation energy of chemical reactions, making the reaction conditions more conducive to controllable conditions. With the help of the catalyst, the exhaust gas undergoes flameless combustion at a lower ignition temperature, and is oxidized and decomposed into harmless CO ₂+H ₂ O, while releasing a large amount of heat to achieve the goal of removing harmful exhaust gas. The internal device is mainly composed of a shell, a heat exchanger, heating wire, precious metals, etc. After the activated carbon is filled in the desorption gas process, the high-temperature hot air generated by the catalytic bed is used to desorb the activated carbon. The organic matter in the micropores of activated carbon will automatically detach from the activated carbon when exposed to high temperature, allowing the activated carbon to regenerate. The desorbed organic matter has been concentrated (with a concentration several tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion. It undergoes catalytic oxidation at 300-400 ° C on the catalyst, converting it into harmless CO ₂+H ₂ O and being discharged. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches 2000mg/m ³ or above, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic furnace. After further heating, the combustion exhaust gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere. This device is suitable for situations where activated carbon adsorption boxes have already been installed but no desorption measures have been taken, which can effectively save the cost of hazardous waste treatment for activated carbon in enterprises.
3. Electronic Control
This section is mainly composed of PLC touch screen, frequency converter, and electrical components, and a danger alarm system is designed; Fault abnormal response system, system automatic on/off safety program, with a good human-machine interface, easy to adjust and optimize operating parameters.
