Principle Introduction

The zeolite concentration rotary device is made of ceramic fibers as the base material, forming a honeycomb shaped large disc wheel system. The wheel surface is coated with hydrophobic zeolite as an adsorbent, which is a means of adsorption concentration. The device mainly consists of three parts: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooling zone. It is suitable for the concentration and adsorption treatment of volatile organic compounds with low concentration and high air volume. It has unique advantages in continuous and stable operation, processing air volume, processing gas concentration, and emission concentration.

Zeolite impeller is used to concentrate high concentration, low concentration exhaust gas into high concentration, low volume exhaust gas, thereby reducing equipment investment and operating costs, and improving the efficient treatment of VOCs. When dealing with high air volume and low concentration exhaust gas combustion and recovery, if there is no zeolite wheel and combustion is carried out directly, the exhaust gas treatment equipment will not only be bulky, but also incur significant operating costs.

Characteristics of Zeolite Molecular Sieve
