Principle Introduction:
1. Under low temperature conditions, organic waste gas with high air volume and low concentration in the workshop is collected through pipelines and sent to the front stage for physical interception and filtration; After interception and filtration, the exhaust gas can meet the strict requirements of the zeolite wheel for particle content and particle size. Then the exhaust gas is pressurized by the fan and sent to the zeolite wheel for adsorption and concentration. VOC molecules are adsorbed and retained on its surface, and the exhaust gas passing through the zeolite wheel can be directly discharged.
3. The part of the zeolite wheel that adsorbs a large amount of VOCs enters the high-temperature desorption zone, and the VOC molecules on the zeolite wheel are desorbed using a small amount of high-temperature exhaust gas; The desorbed gas has formed a high concentration of organic gas, which is thermally oxidized through three bed RTO; Finally, carbon dioxide and water are formed to meet emission standards. At the same time, the heat generated by thermal oxidation can reduce the consumption of auxiliary fuel in the system. When a certain concentration is reached, the heat released by thermal oxidation can not only meet the operational needs of the rotating RTO itself, but also provide heat for temperature and humidity regulation and desorption air.
