The adsorption concentration+condensation recovery device is a VOCs organic waste gas treatment process that combines adsorption and condensation methods. It fully utilizes the advantages of both methods and has the characteristics of high purification rate, stable treatment indicators, low loss of adsorption materials, long service life, high efficiency and low loss. The main principle is that organic waste gas with a certain concentration is adsorbed and concentrated through the micropores of the adsorption material, and the purified waste gas after adsorption meets the standard and is directly discharged. When the adsorbent material is saturated, stop adsorption and then perform high-temperature steam desorption on the adsorbent material. Organic components are vaporized and then desorbed from the adsorbent material, and the activated adsorbent material can re adsorb the gas molecules of organic waste gas; A device that separates and recovers organic substances after desorption through a condensation recovery device, thereby achieving standard emissions of exhaust gas while creating economic value.

Applicable industries

Low concentration organic waste gas in industries such as chemical, petroleum and pharmaceutical, coating, printing, etc. The organic components in the waste gas are single and have recycling value for organic solvent recovery; Recyclable organic compounds: methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, acetone, butanone (methyl ethyl ketone), acetic acid (such as ethyl acetate, acetic acid), light class, oil and gas recovery, etc.

Workflow

(1) Preprocessing process:
After entering the filter and air cooler, the suspended oil and particulate matter in the exhaust gas can be removed, reducing the concentration and temperature of particulate matter in the exhaust gas


(2) Adsorption process:
The pre treated exhaust gas enters activated carbon, which utilizes the characteristics of activated carbon to adsorb VOCs organic waste gas. The organic matter is adsorbed into the micropores of activated carbon, thereby purifying the gas. The purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere.


(3) Detachment process:
When activated carbon is saturated with adsorption, high-temperature steam is used to desorb the activated carbon. The organic matter in the pores of the activated carbon increases its activity and kinetic energy when exposed to high temperature, and will automatically detach from the activated carbon; The detached organic matter is mixed with high-temperature water vapor and sent to the condenser for cooling and temperature reduction along with the airflow.


(4) Condensation recovery process:
Under the action of cooling water, the high-temperature mixed gas-liquid mixture is lowered to around 40 degrees, causing the organic matter to condense from the gaseous state to its dew point temperature into a liquid state. Then, utilizing the characteristic of oil and water being immiscible, the organic solvent is separated and collected in layers in the oil-water separation box; The ultimate goal is to achieve recycling and reuse.
