Heat exchanger: 
The thermal energy generated by the decomposition of organic gases is exchanged with the cold air flow of the exhaust gas source to replace the thermal energy and increase the temperature of the exhaust gas source. When the concentration of exhaust gas reaches a certain value, the function of the heat exchanger can ensure the normal operation of the equipment in a state of no operating power (or low power). It is the first temperature raising device for the exhaust gas source in the catalytic purification device and also one of the energy-saving facilities in the equipment; By reasonably controlling the airflow inside the heat exchanger, the efficiency of the exchanger is guaranteed to be above 50%. The structure is made of Q235 cold-rolled steel plate, arranged reasonably to ensure full contact between cold and hot air flows and complete energy exchange; Production and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the national "Steel Pressure Vessel Production Standard".

Preheating chamber:
Before entering the catalytic combustion chamber, the gas source is detected by a temperature detector and the temperature does not meet the conditions for catalytic reaction. The electric heating system arranged in the preheating chamber is used for a second temperature increase; The Q235 electric heating component is an infrared heating tube, which is fixed by a fixed insulation board, making maintenance and replacement very convenient.

Catalytic reaction chamber:
The organic waste gas that has reached the temperature condition enters the first stage catalytic reaction chamber; The first catalytic reaction chamber adopts a drawer style design, with a honeycomb shaped catalyst and a plug-in electric heating component inside. Using the principle of infrared radiation, the temperature of the honeycomb shaped catalyst reaches the reaction temperature, causing some organic matter to decompose and release energy, directly increasing the exhaust gas temperature. It is the third temperature increase point designed for this equipment, also known as catalytic heating; After the temperature is raised, the organic gas enters the catalytic fixed bed, which is equipped with a honeycomb shaped catalyst? The organic gas under the reaction conditions is completely decomposed here, and the exhaust gas becomes a clean gas. This facility is the heart of a catalytic purification device.
