Heat exchanger:
Gas gas heat exchangers are indispensable equipment in the field of reducing fuel consumption and energy conservation and emission reduction. Traditional gas gas heat exchangers are often mainly in the form of tube, finned tube or heat pipe structures. The main disadvantage of such heat exchangers is low heat transfer efficiency, and they consume a large amount of steel and cannot be used for high temperature (>350 ° C) working conditions. In this context, gas gas plate heat exchangers have been developed and innovatively upgraded with special products such as ultra-high temperature plate heat exchangers and ash cleaning plate heat exchangers.
Characteristics of Gas Gas Plate Heat Exchanger: In the field of gas heat exchange, plate heat exchangers are upgraded products of tube, finned tube, and heat pipe heat exchangers; The maximum temperature resistance can reach 950 ° C; The overall weight of the equipment is light and occupies less space, with a unit heat exchange area of up to 40 ㎡/m3;
Adopting bidirectional corrugated plates, the total heat transfer film coefficient is high, and the heat transfer efficiency is 1.5 times that of ordinary tubes and 3 times that of finned tubes;

Preheating chamber:
Before entering the catalytic combustion chamber, the waste source gas is detected by a temperature detector, and if the temperature does not meet the conditions for catalytic reaction, it is subjected to a second temperature increase by an electric heating system arranged in the preheating chamber; The Q235 electric heating component is a heating tube that is fixed by a fixed insulation plate, making maintenance and replacement very convenient.


Catalytic reaction chamber:
The organic waste gas that has reached the temperature condition enters the first stage catalytic reaction chamber; The first catalytic reaction rate adopts a drawer style design, with a honeycomb shaped catalyst and a distributed electric heating component inside. Using the principle of infrared radiation, the temperature of the honeycomb shaped catalyst reaches the reaction temperature, causing some organic matter to decompose and release energy directly to increase the exhaust gas temperature. This is the third temperature increase point designed for this equipment, also known as catalytic mixing: the organic gas after temperature increase enters the catalytic fixed bed, with a honeycomb shaped catalyst built-in, and the organic gas that meets the reaction conditions is completely decomposed here.
